The Real Estate website Zoocasa collected the 2018 average cost of homes and condos sold within 800 meters of the city’s 75 subway and LRT stops to find out how much it costs to live near each of Toronto’s subway stations aka desirable areas of the city.


This is obviously ridiculous and prices out 90% of residents, which means people can’t live here and afford to pay taxes for all the stuff we pay for, which is literally everything. It’s also why there’s a freezing homeless person every six feet on major streets in the minus 23 weather.

What are John Tory and buck a beer doing? Oh, yeah. Letting RBC lower mortgage rates again to help people buy these houses they can’t afford, which is what got us into this mess in the first place.
